Sequoia National Park

Sometimes a break is needed from the everyday hustle. A trip to the great outdoors was planned and off we went the to Sequoia National Park and Kings Canyon. Within the park there is no cell phone service and no internet. The only technology while outside of the hotel room (that’s as close to roughing it that I get) was the 7D. So here are my pics from the 3 days spent with nature that consisted of hikes, sightseeing, photography, and a close call with a bear.

I’m sure this meadow would be full of color in the Spring

Not quite an Eames Lounge chair, but great after a few miles of hiking
