Add Expiration Dates to Your Picture Uploads with X-Pire

Ever uploaded a really embarrassing picture to the web only to have it come back and bite you in the ass? Well luckily for you over-sharers, a group of German developers have put together software called X-Pire. Used as a browser plugin, the software will allow you to set an expiration date on your images before you upload them. So 6 months from now – those Facebook photos of you and your girls at the Chip ‘ N Dale – poof! The service will work as a subscription model for $2 euros/month and will supposedly be available in the next few days. Keep an eye out on those tech blogs!
