Fatlace x Sema 2011 pt.1 of 3

Three projects to look out for at this years Sema come from 3 bloggers on our site, John Pangilinan, Ernie Manansala and Mark Arcenal. Some of you have heard of their names or have seen work they’ve previously concepted, so while cruising the isles of Sema this year keep your eyes open for these four fantastic builds. Here’s part 1 of 3 of Fatlace x Sema 2011.

Lets start with Ernie’s build.

PROJECT ALPHA BRAVO
FIAT 500
INTERPRETED BY TRIBE
PREPARED BY ERNIE MANANSALA
BOOTH: FIAT

Todays average American spends 2 hours each day to pay for their cars, when it comes to deciding what car to buy, despite the overwhelming amount of options out there people then to get cars that fit their personalities, With the swing for extreme sports and new age media has been the talk of the town, it was only a matter of time before we would start seeing shawn white on youtube at the age of 6 to become the shawn white of today now rallying with BFG.

So as I decided which car to customize for SEMA this year the FIAT really reached out to be because of my media back ground and my childhood of riding BMX. Building a car that is battle read would not only encourage this new style of tuning but would like to also push a new way of thinking .. So naturally “I am in!”

I have been keeping a close eye on off road scene where you have to be prepared for everything, along with new age media technology where anything can go viral, I was able to witness this new batch of consumers who are willing to investing into there hobbies and share it with the world today.

TRIBE’s Project BRAVO, will speak to all action sport athletes and automotive enthusiasts past and present as it signifies a newer way of styling. Project Bravo will have special alliance with MODUS head wear leader in action sports head wear, along contributions from INNO, FLUX, ETNIES and ROXY from the action sports world along with the elite forces of the automotive industry, Meguiars and Wraptivo will be the first to brave the conditions for the exterior fit and finish of our FIAT, outfitted with a custom roof rack from INNO. Air Lift Suspension will bring ride settings for all conditions, with ROTIFORMS 3 piece, persuasion engendered, fully 6015-T6 forged wheels, wrapped in falken tires to brave all conditions. The interior is where ALPHA BRAVO truly lives outfitted with a media center for the extremest to capture and watch their runs then share it with the world, Custom built compartments from L-CON that will house all the emergency equipment with day to day equipment, such as skateboard parts, snowboard parts, surfing wet suit and more ready for all forms of sports, interlaced with conditioned proofed materials wrapping the interior ready to bare anything our athletes bring.

This FIAT will stand out in the crowd of ordinary cars, and will inspirer people to think in a fresh new way!

saw a fiat driving through the streets of ny last week and was thoroughly impressed. like a cute smart car x bug hybrid. emphasis on cute. looking forward to seeing you guys at SEMA!

    • There’s loads on the westside of LA. I was blown away. As soon as I saw the car up on the internet I saw them all around Santa Monica. People here buy anything that is new and “cool”… I’m glad to see more of these cars on the road than some of the other Eco-uglies around these days. Now time to get these cars modded up!

This is the most poorly written article I have ever seen on this site, which is saying something as the standards aren’t exactly high. Still, the build should be cool!
