Parkinson posted a substantial 15.00 heat total (out of 20.00) in the final, his smooth powerful surfing earning him 7.17 and 7.83 scores, signaling to his rivals he is serious about defending his Vans Triple Crown of Surfing title.The Vans Triple Crown of Surfing consists of three men’s and three women’s professional surfing events that are the final stop on the 2010 Association of Surfing Professionals (ASP) World Tour.
