Exactly three weeks ago today, we said farewell to our island paradise to embark on our next adventure in a new world called the Pacific Northwest. While it was our first time ever in this part of the mainland, we’ve been so productive establishing our roots that we were able to do a little exploration in Portland and Seattle…enjoy Part 1 of Aloha PNW!PNW-tourist (2)PNW-tourist (3) PNW-tourist (4)

On a Wednesday afternoon, I got a call that my 1973 BMW 2002 had landed in Tacoma, WA…so on Friday we hopped on a train and spent the weekend in Seattle!

When we were researching touristy things in Seattle, the Underground Tour came up a lot…but honestly Ray from Garage Autohero really sold us on it! It was really wild to learn about the foundation of modern day Seattle, literally built on top of the underground ruins of what was formerly Seattle!PNW-tourist (14) PNW-tourist (15) PNW-tourist (16) PNW-tourist (17) PNW-tourist (18) PNW-tourist (19)
