blood dripped polish

I’m a sucker for a clean S2000. This thing is sitting real low, and that’s exactly how we like it. Directly off the Fatlace forum.

Does the community look down on honda’s? I think the fitment is perfect, overall the car looks dope!

I’m a big honda fan.. that’s what I grew up working on and loving when I was younger. I just picked up a 95 GSR 4 door to start modding for a daily to keep the miles off my STi and have fun with.

    I loves me some poke!

  • Yay for RPF1 love. :D (I’ve got 2/3 cars rockin’ RPF1’s now, hehe.) Polished looks nice, for sure. Wish my S2000 could be that low, but then I don’t think she’d make it in our driveway everyday. :(

@Frozzy — To me, it seems the more uneducated crowds look down on Hondas. Like where I live now, everyone wants to knock ‘em. But when you’ve seen a lot of clean S2k’s, NSX’s and Civic’s, you realize that the cars can be gorgeous if the people want to put the time and effort into making them so. If you can’t see the potential, or see what the cars can look like, then you start to assume there’s nothing there worth having. (At least it seems that’s how people around here think, then again, I live in the mostly uneducated, uncultured south. *rolleyes*)

sick, fitment is on point, not a fan of rpf1’s but this car pulls them off

  • Zach says:

Nice, but… All you have been posting lately is S2K’s. Pick something different every now and then.

  • OSSHWA says:

Love the car. Love the fitment. Love the RPF1’s. Dope.

hella poke and stretch with minimimal negative camber looks SICK… i wonder if there is enough clearance to perform as well?? also the way he left the sides of the a-pillar black to match the molding on the hardtop is a nice touch, never seen that before. just goes to show how fitment and execution can make this ride with the same parts as every other s2k look unique.. makes my heart feel all warm and tingly :]

  • Carson - @po Crew says:

im a HUGE fan of S2K’s and i miss mine everytime Josh posts one up. Til this day, my S2K was one of my favorite rides of all time.

  • another sick s2k, anyone got more pictures of this?

  • Wow, this one is super FRESH…
Has a lot going for it, for sure.
I’m not normally a fan of RPF1’s in general, but they totally work on this application.
    S2000’s are the JAM!

    Dig.

And to respond to whoever asked about frowning on hondas: they aren’t frowned upon, but it takes a certain level of execution to make one stand out. It’s like the Honda community went from extreme to extreme; from Mercedes conversions with Veilside replica bumpers all the way back to stock body with stock wheels. I think there’s a happy medium to be found in there somewhere.

  • jdmflow says:

    Drop dead gorgeous.
