focus makes cheap tard cars, so why its on those wheels is beyond me. looks like doodoo

  • SaNTi says:

Good fitment will make a lot of cars look more appealing. Nice.

  • StayShift says:

Somehow that last pic just shot a funky vibe up my back…the car’s lines are definitely accentuated because of the fitment and style of wheel.

  • Disco Balls says:

Nice. A front lip would really make it pop.

  • BIPPU_Colin says:

that is just amazing, that made my day!!!!

  • djerickd says:

That is dope!!! Front lip yes!

  • Jake says:

Ugh. Just goes to show you that good fitment can’t save everything.

  • N/Aontherun says:

Ha! I’m not alone in thinking it needed a lip. Nice fitment?YES!, but the missing lip was what came to mind first. Even tho def. the first focus that makes me look at them in a different way. A more VW’ish roof rack would make a nice addition too

ST170 euro parts all over… good stuff

  • Lol @ Jake’s comment. The Focus here (American, not this one in particular) just seems so f’in dowdy compared to it’s European cousin, the RS. I want to like the hatches here so badly, but they just don’t hit the right notes for me… (That seems to go for all of Ford’s American offerings. I would totally drive a Ford… If I lived in Europe. I have an obsession with the bright green new Fiesta. Or maybe it was Clarkson’s fault for that….)

  • Randal says:

I have found inspiration to flush my daily.

  • Laces says:

Sure it makes the car look some what ok, but the shitty thing is that it’s still a focus, I hate the hatch back versions, they should have went with four door with a better offset, camber, and some tire strecthing. But I have to give props for doing something different, it’s always intersting to see how people modify cars.

  • SuperFlea says:

Wow… soo many haters. [insert rolleyes smiley here].

Looks really good. Liking the stance, and the Euro parts. I agree with getting a sip. And probably loosing the rack, giving it a “shaved” (guess you can say that) look.

    Good luck!

  • tuck&poke says:

this generation focus is the same here and overseas, hes got some euro parts on it from what i can see. i like it

  • fittedcamry says:

I like when everybody is like “he should have got a 4 door, he should have done this….”

it’s his car. shut up…I like it, and I give him super props for getting good wheels on the stupid bolt pattern that foci have.

  • got-rice says:

Looks better than 90% of the Civics I see rolling around…and it’s rolling on Works too, which can’t be said of those Civics as well.

  • Dom J says:

uhhh….***looks up to check the url to verify the website*** Hella flush….hmmmm

WHY the F**K are ppl talking about “oh its still a focus” when the website is based on CARS WITH GREAT FITMENT!! <<<<<< KEY WORDS THERE lol….last time I check ANY car could have great fitment.

Next time you decide to post a comment, take a look up at your URL to verify you 2 cents are actually contributing to the topic. Don't take away from the car just because you don't like the focus.

GREAT fitment on that focus! I love it…I'm sure all you guys that are hating on the focus drive Bentleys for dailys though, if so then your focus hate is warranted.

  • cobrawannabe says:

wow. Half the comment on this car are retarded. The Focus is one of the best-handling small offering by any manufacturer in the world. All three engine families offered have great potential for power. Just because it’s an American compact doesn’t mean it sucks. I find the reality to be the contrary. Great, clean car with perfect fitment. 10/10.

    • jhooks says:

agreed. The focus was my first car. I had coilovers from the UK, built top end, brakes, seats, really you name it… and the car was alot of fun. It was still one of the best handling cars I’ve ever owned, and I never even experimented with Rcomps on it. My friend that was also building a focus back then with me that now owns an EVO mentioned to me the other month that he’s never owned a car that you could push that hard through the corners as the Focus with mods. Another friend who still drives a focus won his FWD class in Pahrump, NV at Redline in his personal Focus against some high HP shop cars with big money. There’s certain cars I don’t like also, but there is always clean examples of each ride and no reason to hate on it.

  • OEMidium says:

Epic. Good to see some Foci luv.

  • So PerplexeD says:

I saw this car on this blog a few days ago, and then while I was lost somewhere around Newark today on the way home from a car show, I saw it parked in the owners driveway. I nearly shat myself lol. Very nice car and definitely something unique, it works.
