Hurley has released the new Phantom JJF II Boardshorts, the signature model for pro surfer John John Florence. One of the world’s most dynamic surfers, John John continues to push the limits for what’s possible in the sport. With Pipe in his backyard, he’s made the ocean his second home.

The signature Phantom JJF II Boardshorts took his surf style into consideration while designing the shorts for ultimate protection in heavy surf. The 21-inch short features a single, continuous piece of Phantom 60% stretch fabric, for enhanced mobility for lightweight, in-water comfort and a minimal Hyperfuse waistband offers additional security in the surf. Another feature includes the use of a ciré interior for minimal chafing, while a laser-cut waistband reduces bulk.

The award-winning film studio Brain Farm, will release John John Florence and Blake Vincent Kueny’s second film, View From a Blue Moon, that features the Hurley Phantom JJF II. This is the first surf film shot entirely in 4K, and follows John John throughout the world surfing various breaks with a few of his closest friends.
