Currently, I am on the plane heading back from a week long trip to the East Coast that took me from North Carolina to Georgia and eventually to Florida. While chatting with Mark on the flight I was inspired to post some of the photos from this trip as well as to contribute to the all new Fatlace site.

The ID Agency has been working on a project for Puma and Ducati. I’m not going into the details of the project, but will say that it is one of the most interesting experiences I’ve had. Along the way I’ve gotten to meet some unique and truly wonderful people as they have shared their stories with us. I really admire people that are passionate for something and go after it. The personalities that we’ve come across share a similar passion for riding motorcycles and it shows with the way they live their lives. Armed with my 7D I have attempted to capture the trip.

In North Carolina we met up with a family man that rides and races his Ducati’s. We spent the weekend getting to know him and follow him as he competed at Roebling Road in Georgia (a 4 hour road trip.) Following this trip we flew to Fort Lauderdale to meet the only Ducati female master technician in the world and spent some time with her and learned about her adrenaline filled lifestyle. We visited Ducati Miami and also a weekly gathering of riders from the area. The eclectic mix of people at the club meet shared a common bond and it was very similar to the meets and car shows that I used to participate in making me miss the good old “Garage Life” days. Here are some photos from the week. I’m working backwards and will have more photos from this trip on my site as well as a Part 2 to come.
