So a few months ago, I synced up with a good friend from back back in the day. Darren from the early car years hit me up and mentioned he was heavily into MMA. He mentioned he would be fighting in San Jose in an upcoming Strikeforce match and I made sure not to miss that we’re huge fans…

HP Pavilion in San Jose playing host to Strikeforce tonight. | Gilbert Melendez defended his lightweight title. Killed it in 2 rounds. Endo from Devilock also is very much into MMA, as well as many other friends in Japan, but the thing is he sponsors Gilbert. This matchup was great.

Special guest Kimbo Slice showed up. 2-0 in MMA Strikeforce with nobody wanting to fight him. I say it’s time to move onto UFC and take on Rampage. | Showtime was in the house filming the fight live.

Darren “Bone Crusher” Uyenoyama had a great fight. Ended in a submission in the first round. He came down to visit us after his fight.
