Lexus has revealed the all-new 2017 LC 500 at the North American International Auto Show today. Inspired by the LF-LC concept, this exclusive, premium rear-wheel drive platform is a glimpse into the future of the brand. The flagship vehicle features an athletic aerodynamic shape and is even available with a flowing carbon-fiber roof (the glass roof is standard) making a design statement for the marque.

For power the LC 500 includes the high-revving 5.0-liter V8 that is found in both the RC F and GS F. The all-aluminum, 32-valve V8 targets 467 HP and 389 lb.-ft of torque.

The latest 2017 Lexus Multimendia package will be included that will feature an updated, faster, and more flexible software enabling future enhancements and a more inviting user interface.

Pricing has yet to be announced and the vehicle will launch as a 2017 model hitting dealerships next year. This is another exciting announcement from Lexus and I can’t wait to see this in person and get behind the wheel of this beast.
