last weekend Logan (i put in work, rogansan) spent his bday up in SF with the rest of the rogansan crew; jack (azndoc), allen chu (4rtofclean), charles (kallusive), justin ODP and taizo.

they already had the scheduled down, i was just there to kick it. our first stop was fatlace hq to cop some gear.

she’s been talking about twilight this whole summer, twilight this and that. i don’t mind until she starts sticking all her ‘artwork’ all over the place. its annoying really but what can you do. she is also a fan of Yoshi’s blog. she always see’s her changing her hair up all the time and she wanted to cut it like hers… when it comes to cutting my daughter’s hair, that is not my territory, that’s the mom. i come home one day and see her with this…

she cut it herself and i couldn’t stop laughing. i don’t even know what to say, i was more worried what her mom was going to say. she is super fashionable, she dresses herself in weird clothes all the time and wears big nerdy glasses. what do you say to your kid? this isn’t the first either that she cut her hair on her own. don’t have children.

her she is trying to teach herself how to skate. she’s always wants to do what the boys are doing and ends up with bruises and gets grounded for having bruises. hey, blame the mom for being over protective.

she is growing up fast. remember new parents, cherish all the time you have with your kids. next thing you know they are 9 years olds and and going 4th grade when you just remembered changing their diaper yesterday.

also, recommend a good twilight book. she likes to read vs watching movies.

back in 2001 i bought a website (phuckdrifting) and started blogging to simply get exposure in drifting. that was it, never thought of anything else.

i was in a meeting with my VP this afternoon and he ask me of why people blog and of why i blog. it took me awhile to answer and 2 hours into the meeting i finally had an answer and i simply told him , “creating memory for everyone else aside from yourself.” of course there’s hundreds of answer of why people blog but sometimes you have to put a meaning into the things that you’re doing to keep yourself motivated.

why do you blog?

oh btw, we started a new site called WANTVSNEED. check that out, there’s a few of us will be blogging on that spot.

One of my favorite movie growing up was DO THE RIGHT THING and still is. Growing up in California, I was pretty much sorrounded by Hispanics. I barely had any friends that are my kind and I pictured New York to be like in the movie. It’s been 20 years since and NY Daily is doing a piece of the legendary cast Where are they now?
