Saturday marked the release of a collaborative project between Famous Stars and Straps and Rebel 8, featuring limited edition tshirts for men and women as well as signed/numbered posters. Mike Giant was present to do a live art piece as Travis Barker chilled alongside signing autographs and patiently taking photos with every fan. What troopers.

A few of the SA folks were there, and I was asked to shoot Estevan Oriol with Skinhead Rob by Estevan’s newly finished whip.

Standing in the middle of 3rd Street just inches away from being hit by cars? Grrreat. Right before I took this photo, I looked at Estevan, looked at the onslaught of traffic, then back at Estevan and said “Aw man, I’m gonna die.” He goes, “No, you’re fine. Just don’t move, or else you’re fucked.” hahah

These guys are so great. Always respectful and always willing to pose for a quick flick. Thanks Alchemist!

I also had the awesome opportunity to sit in on a private interview with Mike Giant and snap away while Skinnie Magazine picked his brain. Those flicks will be up momentarily on my other blog, so stay tuned.

Of course, JP was there facilitating business as Mo handled the 5dMarkii. Big ups Famous, Rebel 8, Fast Life & ID for yet another successful event! Definitely looking forward to future shindigs with these guys.
