My sister from another mister Alice Han is currently in Korea co-producing the largest international bboy competition. I wasn’t able to make it out with her this year, but seeing a movement like this on the international stage is something I couldn’t help but share.

If you happen to be in Korea this month don’t miss out on some amazing entertainment at the 3rd Annual R16 B-boy Tournament and Urban Arts Festival. From September 25th – September 27th, 16 teams of BBoys from 15 countries will be competing for the title of World Champion. The first day’s competition consists of choreographed pieces that the crews will have prepared and set to music. The second day of competition consists of fierce head-to-head freestyle battles
To celebrate, a massive hip hop concert will be held on the final day of the event, September 27th, with special performances from Rakaa of Dilated Peoples (USA), Drunken Tiger (Korea), Roscoe (USA) , DJ P-Trix (USA) , Dumbfounded (USA) & Epik High (Korea).
