Finally got my DSLR back from the homie, only to realize that I can’t shoot worth a dime. It’s been about a month since I had to adjust anything on a camera (my exposure setting sucks!). But today was a great opportunity for just practice on the digi-tip cause everyone at the park was going off. Just to name a few that went down……switch tre-body varial (seriously!), nollie 270 heel, big flips on the steep hip, mondo alley-oop frontside air, crook to board on the rail. It was just an awesome site to see and everyone there was just ripping and having a good time. This spot will definitely be missed when I am in NYC. It’s almost like a place of peace and comfort to me…..a sanctuary if you will. I’ve experienced so many good times here and just being happy free and away from the corporate adult life, where brown nosing is an art form amongst people of the trade, is just an awesome feeling. It makes me feel young again, even for only a split second.
