KHS fixed gear project

I just recently got started on this KHS Flite 100. It’s my first fixed gear bicycle! I have a huge background in BMX freestyle/dirt jumping. Recently I’ve been doing alot of traveling on my bikes and I wanted to get something faster and a little more fun for a long commute. My BMX is just too small and my beach cruiser is nice for carrying alot of stuff but still isn’t very fast. Anyways, wish me luck on my fixed! I’ve already changed the bars and grips…more to come!

I spent 600 for the bike complete and added the bars and grips. I’ll get an updated pic soon but nothings changed except the stance and pedals. That pic is from the day I bought it so the seat and headset aren’t adjusted.
