I took a break from cars for a while to focus on other things.  Seems like everyone but me knew I couldn’t be without a car build for long – so I thought it would be fitting to start here on FATLACE with day one of my new Lexus 16* build.

Picked up the car for an awesome deal from a nice young lady named Rena – sorry guys I don’t have more pics okay!!!  She kept the car is really good condition great start for the build.  Then I headed over to the smog place and took care of the DMV junk…

I picked up Al and we headed to Mark’s place to show him the car… he proceeded to show me some awesome headlight cleaner that worked on the first try no hardwork at all.

…and Before I could actually take pics of the whole car I brought it to DGR Fabrication in Redwood City, CA to get started stripping/gutting the chassis.  If you go there you’ll meet Tucker!


As for plans… you’ll see the progress realtime. Some new parts may pop up during/after this build that some of you might be interested in… But in the end I hope to have a simple/clean/mild HP car that I can use for all kinds of amateur competitions and track events!
