Ridin' dirty
Gotta test out my seat position in the car… I won’t ride this low but the DGR guys thought it was too funny to pass up a photo opp!

I showed up toward to end of lunch and the guys were loungin’ talking strategery while waiting for the glass guys to show up and take the glass out so all of the real madness could start…
Loungin for lunch

While we waited on the glass guys we decided to work on the brake setup… not using the hydro brake booster that comes stock. A MKIV Supra TT unit is going in along with the clutch master/pedal etc. No ABS less mess maybe not… one thing is for sure luxury cars have way too many wires/harnesses in them! Everything is much easier with less parts on the car.
Easier... with less parts on the car
How to make that work...
I guess it works...

The glass guys finally showed up and got to work…
Front window gone...
Rear window out...

The monkey bar material shows up… and it’s time to get to the serious work!
Monkey bars!!!
Luke gets the grind on...

I let Dan and Luke let their creative juices flow… so we’ll see what happens with this cage?!?!?! I have a feeling it’s going to be ILL!!! I’ll tell you what I asked them to accomplish later…

Nice what you have going on. recently I was making plans for a e34 build with an ls1 swap, then a friend told me about the gs3, importing the 2jzgte stuff from the aristo for about 2grand and I was sold. Now he informs me of this build your doing and I’m like damn! that would be sweet. So all my research into the ls1 product wont go to waste. what no one has asked about though is weight difference. I know the lsx-both aluminum and iron- are pretty light compared to others. Have you concidered weighing the stock engine+tranny vs. the lsx+tranny just to see what the difference is between the 2?
