Banksy has made a new onslaught of street art in Soho, Manhattan. This latest work features a gigantic three story high commissioned rat rocking the iconic ‘I heart NY’ tee on a wall around Grand St. and Wooster.
He also made another one a few block away on Broadway and Howard St.
