Helmet designs & liveries

After watching F1 Qualifying and looking at Kimi Raikkonen’s helmet, I wanted to get a closer look at his design and see which F1 driver has the best or coolest design…

So, here you have Kimi’s Helmet

while browsing through the helmets designs and special one off (Liveries) race helmets, I came across the 2008 Monaco GP helmets… Now we stepped up to Diamonds status.

Heikki Kovalainen – Monaco 2008

Lewis Hamilton – Monaco 2008

Nelson Piquet Jr. – Monaco 2008

Kimi Raikkonen – Monaco 2008

But besides Monaco, some race drivers have their country flag, for example: current points leader in the drivers championship Jenson Button – which shows his initials J.B.

Brawn livery for Jenson Button

Also, Robert Kubica sports his country flag

Or maybe your current manager, who is also your dad… need to spot you around the track when you were a young… racing go Karts.

“it was believed that Lewis Hamilton’s helmet is yellow as a tribute to the late Ayrton Senna. The truth though is that it’s yellow because it makes it easier for his father to see him while racing during his karting days. sorry Lewis but Kimi’s got a better helmet than you.”

Never the less… the best looking helmet goes to Valentino Rossi – HANDS DOWN!

Brilliant Rossi!

now, who would you pick?

The brawn GP color set up is really nice with the JB design.
