Friday I went down to Venice to visit the Rogue Status x DTA crew. I have worked for months on a story idea with Super Street magazine and finally a few photoshoots and interviews are taking place. The article comes out in December for the January issue and should be very interesting. Be sure to pick up a copy as it will have some very close “friends” featured.

It happened to be the day after the RS guys were featured on “Fantasy Factory” and they showed me the clip of them with Rob and Travis.

More importantly were did they get the leg lamp!

Saturday I found myself at an engagement party. As I get older the more grown-up parties I find myself attending. Alcohol is always flowing at these things…

Someone can always be found on the dancefloor and the star of the show was this breakdancing baby.

As you may have read already on Emily’s blog or Jarod’s blog Famous Stars and Straps and Rebel 8 got together to throw the “There goes the neighborhood” event at the Fast Life in Los Angeles. Crowds lined up all day (literally) for a chance to get some limited edition gear, meet Travis Barker, see Mike Giant in action, and listen to some tunes by The Alchemist. They were also treated to a line-up of classic cars and lowriders on display. To top it off some celebs showed up including Simon Rex (aka Dirt Nasty), Andre Legacy, Estevan Oriol, Pete Wentz (Fall Out Boy), and wife Ashlee Simpson.

The Gumball is at the top of all the automotive rallies worldwide and the cars and characters that participate are unbelieveable from Bugatti Veyrons, Bentleys, Rolls Royce, Lambos, Ferrari, and Porsche you get the idea there are just amazing vehicles that I dream about owning and even just driving down PCH.  The drivers of this years rally include the Rogue Status crew, both Eddie Cruz and James Bond from Undftd, Tony Hawk, the Jackass guys, DJ Muggs and Estevan Oriol, and even David Hasselhoff (although I didn’t see him.)

Not sure if I could really hang on the 7-day 3000 mile adventure cross country filled with parties each night, but I would love to try.  But unfortunately for me Formula DRIFT Atlanta is this weekend and with the amount of work that is due there was no way of getting out of the office.  I’ll have to wait to take on the once in a lifetime experience or join the millionaire/billionaire club with some of these Gumballers.

My first video game experience I believe was Frogger on the Atari…then it moved onto Nintendo with Super Mario Bros & Zelda…a little gaming with the Sega Genesis…the movie “the Wizard” with Fred Savage…Nintendo 64 and Golden Eye…online gaming with Starcraft in college…then back to Nintendo with the Wii…and now I finally have my own XBOX 360. GTA IV is intense with the graphics and game control. I can see why gamers are hooked and why energy drink companies are so profitable.
