cebu i love you

I had a chance to fly out to cebu for Embassy’s Cebu Halloween ball, one of cebus treats is there famous lechon. I am blown away with the flavor of the meat and the fact you dont need any sauce to give it any more flavor. can i just say cholesterol!!
