Yesterday I spent alot of my time in my garage cleaning out junk that basically sat there for the last year. Most of the junk was there when I got the house but I never had time to clear it out. While sifting through the junk, I located something I thought would only be in my memories from yesteryear. My first Mixer. I went to Radio Shack the day after we graduated from 8th grade and picked up this Realistic Mixer and 2 Technique belt driven turntables that we added numbers to cause they didn’t have any way to tell how fast or slow you were going. Brooklyn was in the garage and found a few things that interested her.

Brooklyn found an umbrella.
The garage after the mess. Still have alot more to go but happy the junk is out.

My Liquor Room. No, Just Kidding. It’s the Liquor from the supermarket down the street from Fatlace
Well, not really but I wouldn’t mind entertaining the idea. Last night the crew, not the whole crew, joined the 3rd annual Kingpin Bowling Tournament at the infamous Classic Bowling Alley. In the late 80’s - Early 90’s, this place was known for its notorious gang fights.. Ron, Kenny, Daniel, Leslie, Kenta & Lady, Brandon, Emily, Jessica, Robby, Brooklyn and Myself were there to take down last years champs, Team Pirate DJ’s (DJ Ivan’s Crew).
The Playground. We were staged on Lane 1. (note to self, pay earlier next year to get a primo spot.)
The Crew & The Mascot.
The Playground in all its gloriful colors.
Ron nailing some pins.
Brandon & Daniel Throwing Down..
John Ige & Benny Gold rolled through and knocked a few pins down.
Daniel assessing the pins.
Kenta showing his form.
I don’t think we won, even with all the pitchers of beers. (Each pitcher counted for 10 Points)
Woke up really early this morning cause Brooklyn wanted to go downstairs. I set her up with some food so I could play the wheel swap game. I decided to put the AMEs back on the S13 and put the Prodrives back on the S14. Looks like the 13 can use a kit now, don’t you think?
Thank’s to the wonderful eye of the one and only Kenny, we’re blessed with these cool photos of the denim jean double label that comes out this weekend at Fatlace. I thought I would do some kind of design with it since It was pretty cool. Take that ad world! Thoroughly & Fatlace collaborate on these highly sought after denim from the worlds best denim producers out of Hiroshima, Japan.
Had a little gathering at the new Portland pad today. Pizza and Krispy Kremes were served. Robby was here visiting from San Francisco. He’s helping me with Nike Sportswear Online. Should be a good and challenging 6 months. One thing, if you come by my house, you’re encouraged to take a photo in my little shooting studio.
Jonas and Lauren visited today. If you haven’t heard of Jonas Greenberg, you will soon…
Robby and Jonas. Robby’s showing off his JDM Insider Wrestling Pose.
Jonas Greenberg: The Man, The Myth. Modeling Fatlace. Awesome.
Remember, Fatlace Denim drops this weekend only in Fatlace San Francisco & Fatlace Shibuya.
They have nothing in common but I did see all 3 in a span of 1 hour when I was going to the SF Auto Show to pick up the S14. It was so odd to wake up and see the truck. I thought to myself, if its new, why would it be wrapped. Walked up to it and saw the saran boxes on the floor. What it must be like being 16 again..
Was cruising over to Tiburon this afternoon and passed by Pac Heights and saw Goliath, the robot. 2 years ago he was attacked and beaten to a pulp by some random party guests at a nearby party. Today, he lives.
Now if that story doesn’t amaze you, this one will. From the Oscar award-winning true story of piano prodigy David Helfgott, in this scene “Shine” shines the brightest.
Relaxing to me is to be at home on the weekend, pull out the drift cars and stare. Sure drifting is tons of fun but that hasn’t been an option in Norcal for over a year. Most of my time away from home is spent on a plane and/or working on projects at the Swoosh. So sitting, playing and chilling with Brook and Sky in the backyard is like heaven.

Front tires need changing soon. They’ve been used hard at the last event.
Zoom Air Harbor is probably my favorite shoe of 2008. I’ve never worn a pair so many times in a year but I have to say, they’re comfy and can last a whole days wear. I got these the other day and I’m sure to get more than 10 uses out of it.
Skyline R32 GTS, I believe. I’ve heard of a few Skylines up in Oregon. This one in particular had Washington plates on it and from what I hear this one is a GTS-T, not a GTR as the badges on the car state. GTS-T is the rear wheel drive version Skyline aka the drift version. I’ve always wanted one of these R32’s so if this guy is selling, hit me up!
Ahh, San Francisco. Leaving rainy Portland and to see clear night skies in the City is always refreshing. I hear it’s going to be about 70+ today in SF. That’s ridiculous for a November.
