Formule 1 2009 – THE END
Et voila, la dernière course du championnat est passée…
2009 sera donc l’improbable année BUTTON. Félicitation. Un sportif se bat toute sa vie pour un titre. Tu peux cocher.
Année remarquable en rebondissements, coups de théâtre et scandales. Le joli monde pourri de la formule 1 comme on l’aime.
L’éjection de BOURDAIS, la honte sur PIQUET et FLAVIO, les pluies diluviennes des premiers GP, l’arnaque totale d’ABU DHABI…
Une écurie sortie de nulle part remporte le titre et les F1 certainement les plus laides de l’histoire ont quand même donner de belles choses, notamment des bons résultats pour les plus petits teams, tel FORCE INDIA et consorts.
Saison catastrophique pour Renault, sans parler de celle de Ferrari.. Une pensée pour le balafré, quand même sérieusement blessé, Felipe MASSA. J’annonce un retour fracassant du brésilien qui ne manque pas de ressort …
Souhaitons bonne chance et cocorico au nouveau président de la FIA, Monsieur Jean TODT. On attend de voir …
Plein de changements surprenant pour 2010, chez les pilotes et dans les stands avec la fin des ravitaillement en fuel.
Les semaines à venir vont être pleines de news, espérons qu’une bonne nouvelle concernant un pilote Français soit dedans.
Que la trêve hivernale passe vite …

His amazing edit STILL ranks as the most viewed drifting video on Vimeo. I wanted to try and focus on a different aspect of drifting with this video. I wanted to peer into what really makes events like this so special: the people.
The DriftMechaniks crew has an amazingly strong bond. It may sound cliché – but we are a family. Truth be told… it doesn’t really matter what we’re doing – we have the best of times when we are all together. That is what I wanted to explore with this video: the family and friendship we share at these events. If you take that camaraderie away… then well… it’s just… drifting.
BIG thanks to Mr. Roegge for flexing his creative genius behind the lens, and allowing me the privilege to work with the footage!
Hopefully you enjoy this look at what I feel is a more intimate side of this crazy sport.

A toast to what may be the greatest soiree to ever grace a private racetrack… EVER. Never mind the posh locale and upscale attendees. Look past the dress-code and fashion-forward attitude displayed with arrogance. This members-only event rivals lavish country-club galas and exclusive Ivy-league reunion brunches.
This ‘drift’ video is my attempt to take a different approach by focusing on what makes events like these so special: the people.

- Formula One has been hit by the Renault F1 scandal. Flavio Briatore was found guilty of organizing the Piquet’s crash in Singapour and immediately fired. Piquet’s career is now quite dead
- Felipe Massa asked to cancel the world champion 09 title of Lewis Hamilton because without the crash of Piquet, Felipe was the 2009 world champion. Cold sweat for the English driver …
- Fernando Alonso is officialy confirmed to be a port of FERRARI TEAM with Felipe Massa in 2010.
- Kimi Raikonen has not revealed his intentions for 2010. WRC or Mc Laren ?
- Robert Kubica was confirmed yesterday by Renault to replace Fernando next year. The fate of Grosjean is not determined.
