“Over the last year we’ve been putting a lot energy into moving our 5-Panel cap program to same level as our fitted caps. This release of 3 caps is the first introduction of our new efforts. The drop includes a 2-tone canvas cap, a navy cap with contrasting white details inspired by navy pea coats, and a striped denim cap, which due to fabric availability is limited to only 25 pieces for the time being. All three caps will be available this week at True, True East and trueclothing.net. Keep your eyes open this holiday season for the follow up drops which take the exclusive fabrics and patterns even further.”

True x New Era “Sharpie”

We call it the “Sharpie” cap since the original artwork was done with Sharpie Chisel tip marker. It’s our first New Era that we’ve done on our own which doesn’t focus directly on the True logo, instead it’s a 3D raised embroidery of a cursive based hand-style.

We’re going to drop it as an online exclusive, another first for us. It’ll hit the site this Friday night at midnight.

There are also 2 colors of mens, and 2 colors of womens tees with the original artwork.

This time around the Trumara comes packaged with a matching new era & tee all for the retail price of $96 in honor of the year True opened for business, 1996.

The Trumara 96 pack drops this Saturday August 1st exclusively at True in San Francisco & True East in Walnut Creek.
