Last weekend was Yvonne and Khang’s wedding at Stanford.

In the courtyard were some works by Rodin, Burghers of Calais (1884 – 1895). Flat images of the sculptures don’t do them justice. You have to see them in person.

Mara heard that there’s a Kara’s Cupcakes nearby. Found out it was about a mile away, so we had no choice but to go. Mara thinks Sprinkles is too dry and sweet. So we didn’t even go there, though it was closer.

They had baby onesies, but I won’t have my boy wear anything with cupcakes, haha! I gotta say, Kara’s is pretty good. My sister in law swears by “Sweet Dreams” cupcakes. We’ll see about that.

The reception was a few hours later at ABC in Foster City. Congrats Yvonne and Khang!
