Elephant Bar is OK… not the best but definitely not the worst place to eat. Started off with Quick Seared Ahi Tuna with Ponzu and Sweet Potato Fries. For the entrée I usually get the Macadamia Nut Crusted Fish and Chips (be sure to get the sauce) w/ a Stella Artois, but today I decided to get Macadamia Nut Crusted Mahi Mahi. Guess I’m hella down w/ their Macadamias, huh. I think it’s the sauce. For dessert get the Ice Cream Mud Pie. With that combo of flavor you can’t lose. Customer service is pretty good too; nice staff and managers. It’s also cool to order the same thing as take out. Adds another dimension to movie night at the house, especially when you have a newborn.
