FINALLY able to upload photos!!!!! enjoy!!!!

this will be part 1 of my fatlace recap… why? because i cannot for the life of me figure out how to upload/edit my photos onto this tiny pc errrr laptop the size of 2 blackberries.

soooo, i stole photos from my friend dennison’s facebook hehehehehe!

the night started off pretty hectic (especially before even leaving my parents’ house because my little cousins were trying on all my clothes and shoes). i finally hopped on the freeway, and then realized i took the wrong one (see what a year will do to ya?), then hopped back on track after getting through the TL. i then spent another hour or so looking for parking and when i finally gave in to parking in the garage, i found a sweet spot across the street!

there were already a good lot of people in and outside the store and i was so happy to see the majority of the fatlace bloggers in town! benny gold and hiromi gold came by as well – i love these two; hiromi because of our shared love for uhm… edward bahaha, benny because he’s one of the bf’s besties and the most stylish hippie ever.

anywho, i was able to meet many mannnnyyy new faces (like equilibrium and finally met intern kaezel) and OF COUUUURSE the WTForks ladies came through rollin up with our new jewry (oh, right, photos to come…. later).

this is my long time friend dennison… he knew me when i had long hair, no eyebrows, and dark lipliner and thought i was the shizzz… so yea, since freshman year of highschool hahaha

after the store reception, we all headed across the street to the o izakaya lounge to have some drinks and listen to some music. chatted it up with the golds and more of our friends came through. even my cousins from chicago were there with all their friends!

wnkk were in the house – pat, ant, fran, miso, chris, dan, angelo, and more were providing some of the music. thanks to franboogie for helping host too.

the made jewelry ladies were there too!! yayyyy! geez, i should really stop mentioning who was there because i know i’m going to miss people out…. but real quick, courts, kris, adapt clothing, paloma (nice to meet you), peabe, and a bunch of hellaflush were in the house too!

and before i end this post, CONGRATS MARK FOR MAKING IT TO 10 YEARS! AND THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR HAVING ME AS PART OF THE STAYFRESH CREW FOR THE PAST uhmm…. 3 OR 4 OF THOSE YEARS!!!! truly blessed =)

last friday i met up with vanessa and pete from special sauce. they own and run one of the illest shops to hit long island along with a creative agency called r.a.w. these guys have really got it together. from hip hop culture, to active lifestyle, to streetwear, to basics in business, you can learn SO MUCH from the experiences they share with you. so keep a look out for these two to start blogging as part of the stayfresh crew!

we had dinner at hiroko’s place in soho – YUMMMMMMM

afterwards, went over the bridge to practice some night shots with my newwwwww RICOHHHHHHHH (thanks mark hehehehe), some practice still needed, but it was cold that night so i was not trying to stay out that long.

oh and then met up with some friends at a bar in bushwick that i never knew existed in my hood – ha!
