mom and papa sends me…
so my parents just got back from the philippines right? i asked them to bring me back a few things and even gave them a few artboards of apparel to work off of lol.
my mom totally knows my taste so i was really excited when i received my package at work today.
but what did i get instead?
10 pairs of socks from mervyn’s closeout/clearance rack, 2 cans of spam, dried mango, body lotion and shower gel my mom or grandma must have stolen from their hotel, instant pad thai from trader joe’s/ming’s, some so-en panties, a white v-neck (hanes), and a sports bra. oh! also a new pair of eyeglasses my parents got for me with my correct prescription.
i called my mom and we both couldn’t stop laughing because she too didn’t know what my dad had packaged up for me, also because i told her i had let my co-workers know that “oh my parents just sent me goodies from the philippines!” only to find what i had mentioned above…
puwahahahahahahahahah!
parents… gotta love ‘em
