Westcoast’s finest. That seems to be the theme of this year’s wekfest event, one of the most anticipated car shows in the nation. Three hundred and fifty works of arts that screamed passion, ingenuity, creativity, and just straight up swag. Over 15,000 people in attendance waiting in line just to get into the prestigious Fort Mason festival venue, where some waited patiently for over 3 hours.

Once inside, boy did this show deliver. I was lucky enough to get into the venue to take pictures of the cars before the general public was let inside. (Thanks Mark!)The whole event felt like it gave off an awesome vibe. You could see a 21 year old spraying quick detailer on his s2000 to a middle aged man wiping down his chevelle and then even an old man meticulously cleaning the engine bay to his NSX.

By 1pm people started to flow into the 2 pavilions that held the cars and the owners could finally relax, walk around and finally notice all the other cars that also entered the show. The music started and the models suddenly started popping out of nowhere, thats when you knew the show was underway. Even mother nature knew the show was starting, after heavy rain and horrible weather, sunday was a beautiful sunny day in downtown San Fransisco.

Without further rambling, here are some of the pics I took from the show that day~
