What do you do when you roll hard? You roll harder. That’s the feeling I got when I came across Mike Mancini’s Mercedes Benz AMG GTs, from Toronto, Canada. A self-confessed lover of all things benz, Mancini owns and operates SMART Automotive, a local shop that pushes out impressive builds including his own C63 507 AMG on AccuAir suspension.

Late in 2015, Mancini decided to offer a premium modification tract and launched the SMART Bespoke Design program. The plan was defined except he needed an appropriate platform to realize his vision. Enter the 2015 Mercedes Benz AMG GTs, a more than appropriate flagship to do the job! Upon delivery, Mike quickly went to work planning the right mods.

As you see,  smart choices were made! Up first was the authentic C190 WALD Black Bison kit, the first in North America! SMART installed a full front and rear bumper plus side skirts, all matched to the OEM satin paint. Carbon canards were also ordered but have yet to arrive from the land of the rising sun.

Handling duties arrived through the use of KW Suspension’s unique KW HAS system. Paired with the drop, a set of 3-piece Rotiform VDA forged wheels in 20×10 (front) and 21×12.5 (rear). The brushed face and polished lip treatment from the VDAs acted as a key component in keeping everything marque appropriate.
