I met Pierre and Beverly about 2 years ago at the Cellar in SF for a gig my good friend, Antony was DJ’ing, and actually saw them the week before their wedding for dinner with friends. These two are so chill and definitely dope company to have around.
Right now you’re probably thinking, “Oh, another sappy, nostalgic, wedding montage. What’s new about this one?” DON’T. I swear to you it’s worth the 11 minutes. Keep in mind, parts of this video was shot during the wedding and wedding reception and still edited in time for that was played during the wedding reception (yes, AFTER the actual wedding). No, you don’t have to know these people to actually appreciate a very solid piece of art. Let alone take the video for what it is. It’s LOVE, and that much we all can relate to.
The first part of video would be where Pierre (the groom) and his posse make a music video to New Kids on the Block’s “I’ll Be Loving You Forever” with a 90’s throwback theme telling a story of their (Pierre + Bev’s) relationship—which I think is beyond hilarious with the wigs—to say the least. The montage forwards into the modern day where Bev does her cute thang to Alicia Key’s “Unthinkable,” and then progress to the actual wedding day. This video was well thought out and totally set a new standard for wedding montages. Thanks, Anthony for sharing the video, and congrats to the newlyweds Pierre and Beverly! Best wishes on your new life together! Also, big ups to Marco Bercasio on the dope production and Balance + Contrast for the photography!!
I’ll definitely be thinking twice when that day comes. If you were wondering, everything was shot in Downtown San Jose, CA.

I heard about that! My best friend, Anthony (Presto) went and told me that it was open bar for a while. I couldn’t get over the hilarious twit he posted about someone referencing them to tocino and garlic rice. Haha!
