POSH Improvisational Cuisine located in Scottsdale, AZ

What you essentially do is take this list and check off what you don’t like and also if you’d like to upgrade any dishes.
Pretty cool huh?!

pallete cleanser- ricotta with dehydrated cherry…

I upgraded to Fanny Bay oysters on one of my dishes, had some beet if I can recall or something on there I can’t recall also washed down with a San Tan Hop Shock IPA drink local!

Wifey with endive salad with, I can’t remember…

Never had this fish, was great called Escolar…

Duck Leg fell right off the bone…

Desert was solid…
Wifey got pistachio creme pastry…

White chocolate flan thingys that ripped…

Cleanse the pallet after everything, mint lime popsicles…

Ambiance was stark, kind of modern, clean, service was BUSY hustlin but took the time to explain EVERY dish even though I cant remember them ALL WAS GREAT!
I’m sorry to POSH for not remembering all the dishes ingridents or flavor but it was GREAT! Awesome dining experience!

My wife and I Recommend POSH for sure…

I’ve been eating local alot as of recent if I have the time, the day before I hit San Tan Brewing with my buddy, Joe Johnston, great dude, good convo!
