14 Years ago I had an idea to visit RWB in Japan. Little did I know what would happen from that trip. While I was there, I spoke to Toshi and Nakai, telling them how much I wanted to build a car in the USA. It wasnt about being the 1st car but it was because I loved the style and the history of Nakai. He was a drifter turned Porsche guy that just wanted to drive hard on the track. His style was unorthodoxed and rough, hence the name.

Fast forward to 2024. Somewhere in between the idea of Rough World got convoluted. What was once a thing for the owner to experience and get to know Nakai became a show and tell circus. Anyways, I’m hoping future builds are more private as we’re working on some new things in the future for RWB. It’ll be go than show. Looking forward to 2025 and beyond.

Anyways, enjoy some photos of my newest RWB Cab from the dry lake bed. Thank you to Adams Polishes out of Anaheim for doing an incredible work. When the dust was removed, it shined like a diamond!
