The annual V 4 and Rotary Nationals is New Zealand’s biggest automotive lifestyle event. Each year enthusiasts flock to Auckland (NZ’s largest city) to either spectate or compete in one of the show categories. This year the ‘Show & Shine’ competition saw the debut of some sick new builds as well as the presence of some new and improved favourites. After setting up my own car the night before, I grabbed my media pass and took a few shots.
My pic for stance of the day, Kelvin’s old school Capella on SSR Mk3s – too rad!
Drifting stance – Mike’s FD vs. Dale’s FC
Can’t get enough of Aaron’s 20B FC…
Feature coming on Bruce’s Rocket Bunny S13 very soon
Shooting Paul’s RX-7 next Sunday too, can’t wait! This is my personal favourite car of the show
Got dish?
But it was Fraser’s newly finished widebody NSX that stole the show. Love the Advan RGs, love the functional stance, everything about this car is amazing. Looking forward to seeing it get out onto the track this year.

Clean Rotary!
nice shots taryn! should have just been the CJC show & shine! haha
The only thing that bothers me about cars that are stanced really hard like the car you mention as being your stance of the day car, is that anyone can get a car to sit like that when it’s sitting still, driving it like that is a whole different story.
Great coverage, looked to be a quality show!
seems the hella has hit town
damn dude this is why i wanna learn how to do photography
Taryn you missed out the 6rotor from PPE. Nice set and Frasers NSX is O for Owesome
