Last December 29, Stance Pilipinas / Manila Fitted held its 8th meet for 2019. Compared to the well prepared Anniversary gathering at Ayala Manila Bay, the Year Ender went back to its roots – laid back meets.

The location for the gathering had to be true its DNA for the past 10 years – Bonifacio Global City. While our trusted parking spot (Turf BGC) will forever hold a special place in our hearts, the capacity of the lot may not be able to accommodate cars for guests. Turf BGC currently caters to several offices within the area + football games.

The Year Ender / Decade Ender was held at 30th East B – a parking lot that served guests of the Nike Hypercourt. As the court officially closed its gates a few weeks ago, we may never know what the future of the parking lot would be.

The main objective of the meet was to be very intimate. With only a couple of weeks to prepare, the invite was finalized and sent out only 4 days in advance – Christmas Eve.

Several friends from the local industry brought out their new projects. Something we can look forward to this upcoming year.

Here’s my personal favorite. Bry, a good friend of the Fatlace family, E30 Wagon on TE37s + M engine!

For some, it was a farewell to different approaches to their builds. Julian’s 996, which sports a Martini livery will change its look really soon.

I’ve also managed out to finally give out the awards for 2019. Here’s my personal pick for Build of the Year – an A90 slammed on bags, Artisan Spirits aero + a built 515 WHP engine. Expect a full feature on the car this upcoming year.

Here’s a my short note on social media “We go back to our roots – a traditional laid back meet to close out a decade that shaped local car gatherings. 8 meets and numerous memories created this 2019 through our appreciation for slammed cars and everything in between. Thank you everyone.
