One of the final shows of the year that never fails to disappoint needs no introduction whatsoever. Season after season the homies at Wekfest throw a killer event in the Metro area that showcases the West Coast’s top quality machines.

We got Neek’s E30 cleaned up and prepped for roll in last Thursday and couldn’t wait to catch up with everyone for California’s final banger. As everyone started to stream into the venue it felt like the good ol’ days and we all began to meander around the building to take in the sights.

Super impressed at Wekfest x Garden & Seeds pop up shop!

There was no shortage of incredible builds throughout and the variety that Wekfest brings out is always a treat to see. With a plethora of vehicles from every region around the globe there was something for everyone to check out. Period-correct Hondas, proper European rides, modified exotics, and the more all showed their faces in stunning fashion.

As cliche as it sounds to use the ever popular moniker ‘less is more’, there’s no denying that the overall theme of the show resonated with such. Nothing seemed out of place and the attention to detail on each car was awesome to see. Aside from the killer metal in the building it was nice to see all of the homies and catch up after a long while.

We want to thank everyone that took the time to stop by the Illest both to pick up some merchandise or simply chat about the day. Shout out to West Collective for the Best Crew award and to AR Motorwerks on winning Best Vendor. On a more personal note props to Joey Lee and the gang for bringing LJ Garcia’s FEEL’s Civic hatch back to life. This car is an early 2000’s time capsule and showed its age well.

Enjoy the photo set below and we hope everyone had a great time at the show. We’ll see you guys next year!
