A couple weeks back I attended Agenda Long Beach, which kicked off tradeshow season as I attended three shows in a week. Agenda featured many of the same brands as usual from the streetwear and action sports worlds. There were a few new brands and some great new products showcased. Here are a few highlights that I found from the Long Beach Convention Center floor.

Stance x Kevin Lyons

Stance partnered with one of my favorite artists, Kevin Lyons, to showcase his artwork on some of their socks and underwear. These will definitely be added to my wish list.

Stance x Notorious BIG

Stance also showed off some socks with the hip hop legend Biggie Smalls.

Papercut x POW!WOW!HAWAII!

A new display area of Agenda made its debut. The Papercut Analog Lounge featured bleachers to relax, free magazines to read, and a DJ spinning vinyl all day long. Shirts were provided by EPTM. In collaboration with POW!WOW!Hawaii! a couple local artists, The Draculas painted the exterior walls, which I’m told will change at each tradeshow.

Native

Native came out swinging with updates to their classic styles including the Fitzsimmons Treklite adding an ultra light rubber outsole that provides additional grip for the elements, the Apollo Moc and Monaco receive updates with new waxed and coated fabrications along with a microfleece liner for warmth, and the Mercury Liteknit continues to keep things lightweight.

Newly introduced is the Zenith Liteknit with a 3D elasticized knit upper, rubber heel and toe inserts, and an EVA midsole and outsole.

Herschel Supply Co.

Herschel looks to be entering the apparel world with an outerwear piece that featured weather resistant fabric.

Modernica

Modernica had a great display of their recent collaborations including The Hundreds, UNDFTD, Dr. Woo, BAPE and many more. I definitely want to add a couple more of their chairs to the collection.

Knockaround

The San Diego sunglass company showcased their eyewear, but what caught my attention was the lawnmower on display. The classic lawnmower I was told was a nod to the history of the brand as the founder’s dad would wear his “knockaround” shoes while mowing the lawn.

Jinx

I’m not too familiar with this gaming based lifestyle brand that has been around for quite awhile, but their display caught my attention. Imitating Grandma’s basement complete with retro gaming, energy drinks, and a comfy couch this apparel company definitely caters to the gamer in everyone.

Cozy

Team Cozy showed off their latest collection of apparel that ranged from hats to hoodies and outerwear.

Tonal

Tonal was one of the new featured brands at Agenda. As you could expect their booth was a tonal black on black and stood out. Keep your eye out for this emerging brand.

Clae

One of my favorite shoe brands featured some new styles along with updated colorways of their signature styles including the popular Bradley.

HEX Surf Bags

DSC02267

HEX showcased two new bags – tote and backpack – outfitted for surfers. Both hold a surfboard via straps for hands free mobility to the water, great for those hikes to secret spots, and also feature a dry and wet compartment to separate your gear. There is also a dedicated laptop compartment, wet/dry pocket, and insulated pocket.

Corkcicle

Showcasing for the first time at Agenda, Corkcicle helps keep your beverages ice cold for extended periods of time. From water bottles to barware, the line-up of products not only perform, but also look great.

Flexfit

The hat manufacturer once again had one of the best display of the show with their hat tree. They also featured a few of their hat styles with some of the brands at the show.
