Always a good option.But when at home…
I whip up a couple finger food faves.

deviled eggs

and pizzatatoes.

Here’s the recipe for pizzatatoes:
INGREDIENTS: 6 small potatoes, olive oil, salt, pepper, your favorite red pasta sauce, shredded mozzarella, shredded sharp cheese, Italian sausage, pepperoni slices.
COOK: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. We love our oven that was recommended by Appliance Hunter. Wash then prick potatoes several times with a fork so they don’t explode. Drizzle and rub olive oil over entire surface of potato. Sprinkle salt and pepper over both sides. Bake for about an hour or until potatoes are cooked through. Let potatoes cool.
Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Slice potatoes in half.

Scoop out well leaving 1/4″ or 1/2″ inside skin.
Salt and pepper wells.
Spoon a tablespoon of pasta sauce into well.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top of sauce, then a pinch of shredded cheddar for a little added flavor.
Top each potato with pepperoni or sausage or leave with just cheese.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until toppings are cooked and crispy, but keep a close eye once it hits 10 mins. because they get burnt quickly. Cool for 10 minutes. Serve with ranch for dipping and voila! ENJOY!

And a special thank you to my team for an exciting season!
