Manila’s music festival scene went up a notch with the success of Paradise International Music Festival. The whole day event had multi-genre performances from Giniling Festival, Lenses, Yolanda Moon, Maude, The Airplane Boys, Katsy Lee, Cheats, Clara Benin, Hale, Jessica Milner, DJ Nina x Joyce Pring, 4^th Impact, Itchyworms, Up Dharma Down, Austin Mahone, Rudimental, Wiz Khalifa, Kanye West, Afrojack, and DJ Rivero. Reception for the 20 artists that performed was on a high note from the local and foreign festival attendees. 

As for memorabilia, DONDA designed exclusive merchandise for the Kanye West headliner. Priced from 30-50$, the official gear sold out like pancakes.

With a reception like this, it took closely 3 hours to complete a purchase. That day, the whole queue for the merchandise lasted for more than 8 hours. #KanyeEffect

Jessica Milner killed it with her signature laid-back tracks.

Artists performed on schedule at Paradise IMF. During sunset, Up Dharma Down provided the perfect music match for the attendees.

Giveaways were everywhere! With the temperature hitting closely to 37 degress, Havaianas provided free ice cream sticks to everyone.

English drum and bass band, Rudimental marked its first trip to Manila.

One of the highly anticipated performances that evening was Wiz Khalifa. Serving as the main front act, his energy hyped-up everyone for the headliner.

Non-stop rap music for more than hour! Wiz surpassed expectations with his set.

 

For hardcore EDM fans, Afrojack performed with a solid set after Kanye West. Congratulations to Boardworks Media Entertainment for a job well done in organizing Paradise International Music Festival 2016.
