Had to check out some of the festivities surrounding #SB50 in my beautiful city over the weekend.
Events are happening all week before the big game, so if you plan on heading out
be sure to check out last week’s post for an all-in-one guide to Super Bowl 50.
SF is all decked out and looking good.
CFDA x NFL custom designed footballs are up for auction
and on display at the pop-up NFL shop at Moscone Center West.
Here are a few of my faves:
If you go to Super Bowl City, grab a bite at the Ferry Building across the street rather than hit the food trucks or chain resto options located within the venue. Truck options are few, overpriced and not great. The Ferry Building has plenty of options and is reflective of the culinary cuisine the Bay is known for.
Super Bowl City itself doesn’t have a lot of activities besides intermittent performances at The City Stage and taking selfies with signage. But that’s what you get for free ninety nine. My guess (since I haven’t gone there yet) is that paying the fee to get into the NFL Experience might be worth it.
The pop-up NFL Shop located at Moscone Center West is great for picking up NFL gear and Super Bowl 50 souvenirs.
Hope that helps!
X, Chris
