Bimmerfest is the largest gathering of BMW owners and enthusiast in the world. Last December 1st, the 2019 Philippines Edition was held at the Mayflower parking area at Greenfield District.
The day started early where my friends and fellow BMW enthusiast met up in a nearby café for breakfast.
The line up was pure quality.
On the way to the venue, a tastefully modified e39 M5 shows up and joined our convoy.
It looks fast standing still.
The owner told me even though it has a little bit of stretch, it functions pretty well on Manila streets.
I love how the TE37’s just feels at home on this e39 M5. cross-pollination at its finest.
Probably my favorite car in Bimmerfest, An Alpina B3 3.0 Cabrio. I like how the owner restored and detailed this beauty.
This Alpina’s interior is well detailed and maintained even though its around 23 years old. Still smells like a BMW too!
A detail where it shows its exclusivity, probably the only one in the country. #0084.
Amongst the attendees, The following are the ones that caught my attention.
Coolest Resto-Mod of the day. 2002 Turbo
BMW M2
Rare e92 M3 Lime Rock Edition
One clean Z3 M coupé in Estoril Blue
Tastefully modded e92 M3.
Rare e21 320 Baur Convertible
You can’t deny that design language! 20 or so years apart but BMW maintains its design development intact. (up until the e92/93 atleast)
Probably the model closest to my heart, the e34. My family have owned two models in the span of 18 years and I still have one. This one is HELLA-slammed to the ground!
e38 740i, 1M, Z3 M coupe, e39 and e60 m5!
BMW i8
