Photography by Dave Levitt.
Ever since I started going back to school I don’t really have much time on my hands for photo shoots. So what is the best way for me to keep features coming in?? Post up on forums and see if anyone has a “hellaflush approved” type of car.
In this case I was quite surprised because this request came all the way from Canada! Introducing Blain Angus, A G35driver.com regular who’s been pushing the fitment limit in the Great White North. I’ve been keeping in touch with this guy pretty briefly about his buid and future plans. From what he tells me, is that his car has gone through quite a bit of makeovers. From Wedsport wheels & carbon fiber accents, going for that traditional J-spec flavor, to maxing out on aggressive wheel fitments and keeping the exterior in subtle taste.
What drew me into this car was mainly his choice of wheels and car color. I will always have a soft spot for Weds Kranze Bazeria’s. And in my opinion, green is not a common color to see on modded cars….. such a sight for sore eyes!
All I can say is that our neighbors up north know how to play the wheel fitment game just as well like anyone else.  Keep up the good work Blain, also a shout out to the photographer Dave Levitt for the awesome work.

Words from Blain Angus:
“My car has been around for a few years now in several different variations, it’s considered to be one of the OGs in the Toronto Fitment community. The style of this car has gone from race inspired aggressive Wedsports with carbon accents to arguably the lowest G sedan on a set of 18” CCWs. Now the style has started to bleed out of my other build, a Y33, and has crossed over into the vip inspired styling. I by no means consider the G a vip car or a vip styled car though. The car is possibly the first sedan to do 11.5s in the back (at least to my knowledge and those on G35driver.com) Infiniti/Nissan has always been my go to company dating back to first getting into cars as a kid, even more so after I got into the vip scene with the Q45 and the UCF10 I use to own.
At this point, a lot of friends I’ve made through this car are starting to move onto new platforms and part out their Gs. I don’t have any plans to part out or stop modding, but the car is currently where I want it to be and everything from here on out will be subtle changes and wheel swaps.”
