These are some studio flicks I took of recent pickups from DesignerCon back in November. Between installs, meetings, and moving around all weekend, I managed to add a few solid pieces to the collection, including this OG Slick vinyl art figure featuring his signature LA sign.

This one was an easy pickup. Dodger-inspired colors, strong presence, and it came as a two-figure set for the price of one. Just a really good deal and a clean addition to the collection. Tough piece overall, no extra explanation needed.

I’ve built up a small collection of his figures over time, and the consistency is always there. Still haven’t had the chance to get any signed since I’m usually working nonstop during the show, but hopefully one day we can sit and chop it up. Until then, it’s nothing but appreciation and respect for the work.
