After a month of anticipation, Nakai-San arrived quietly in Los Angeles, bringing his magic touch to the city. Without fanfare, he got straight to work, building five new RWBs in LA, then invited the entire RWB family for an unforgettable rally from LA to Las Vegas. This wasn’t a typical car meet—it was something out of a Mad Max movie, with Nakai-San leading the pack alongside Mark Arcenal, the pounding engines echoing like a primal drumbeat through the desert.

Mobil 1 joined the rally too, adding to the energy of what was ultimately all about one thing: building cars to be driven. Seeing Nakai-San, an icon in automotive culture, lead this fleet was surreal a true moment of unity and passion on the open road.

In the automotive world, there’s space for everyone. Some build to show; some build to drive. At the end of the day, it’s all about what moves you. Nakai-San’s legacy goes beyond just cars; he inspires all of us who live for this culture. For those who want to dive deeper, check out our archives on Fatlace. We’ve been documenting this journey since 2011.
