Today, Hurley has released their latest collaboration with legendary Hawaiian shorebreak photographer, Clark Little, dubbed the Clark Little Flash Pack. Clark’s images are groundbreaking and have revolutionized water photography. He is one of my favorite photographers for not only his talent with a camera and ability to capture the most epic of scenes where the water meets the shore and the sun, but also for having the courage to step into dangerous situations putting himself at risk to capture these shots. So it’s only fitting that Hurley partner with the legendary waterman to celebrate his nighttime flash photography with a pair of Phantom Clark Little Flash Boardshorts, hats, and tees.
The Phantom Clark Little Boardshort was built to withstand the heaviest shorebreak in the world and help support the shorebreak photography movement that he created with bonded hems to prevent sand build-up and chafing, while a laser cut, welded vertical zipper prevents sand from entering the pocket. The fly closer was also reconfigured for easy sand and water drainage. A 21″ length provides added protection for the heaviest conditions. They also feature all of the Phantom benefits being ultra lightweight, have a 60-percent stretch, DWR water repellency and recycled fabric.
The Hurley Clark Little Flash Pack is available today at Hurley retailers and www.hurley.com.
