Though many feel this style isn’t appropriate for the nasty streets in the usa, many fans of demon camber outside of the rising sun do all it takes to make their machines the best they can be no matter the road condition. Val Manuel of Oahu is a prime example of an individual who wont say no. At Hellaflush Hawaii this year, he let us take some shots of his Lexus GS and we were glad that we did.
With the help of Revision Audio and Samson Mak, this Lexus GS is visually setup how Val wanted it, bagged and cambered to the max when dropped fully on Air Runner Suspension. And although to the untrained eye this looks like your typical slammed gs, lots and lots of work was put into the GS. Both the front are rear fenders were cut and re-welded to look stock then repainted Jet Black along with the entire car. The exterior also sports a prussian blue front lip, sideskirts, half rear bumper and a USDM oem sport design wing.
Along with the Air Runner Suspension, Val had Revision reworked all the all the links to ensure the fitment was on point. Nagisa Auto front upper arms and camber adaptors, rear lower control arms, tension arms, toe arms and rear upper arms were put in replace of the stock non adjustable parts. All this to fit Val’s re-barreled 18″ SSR Werfen GT-03 wheels. He actually had his 18s turn into 19″ step lips. Cool, and yes, it sits might flush when raised a bit higher. yes indeed.
Anyways.. onto the photos
Step lips are so pretty.
