Junney’s Southern adventure kicked off with a packed schedule, exploring Atlanta’s food, culture, and car scene. From iconic views to local eats and car meets, here’s a recap of the first two days of his journey.

After an early flight out of LAX, Junney landed in Atlanta around 5 PM, where his cousin Justin picked him up. First stop? Scoville, a local spot known for its spicy “Hotlanta” chicken sandwich and Scoville wings. Fueled by the heat, Justin gave Junney a tour of downtown Atlanta, showing off some cool places to shoot.

They met up with Red and Ben and headed to the Jackson St. Bridge, a popular spot known for its amazing skyline views and for being a filming location for The Walking Dead. The group hung out, took in the sights, and got inspired for future shoots.

On Day 2, Junney linked up with his cousin Kevin, starting the morning with coffee at Ash Coffee, a cozy spot with an antique vibe. After a caffeine fix, they hit up the famous Waffle House, where Junney tried the All-Star special—a true Atlanta experience.

The day continued with a walk along the Atlanta Beltline, a scenic path in Buckhead, perfect for soaking in the city’s vibe. After some family time at dinner, Junney’s night wasn’t done yet. He met up with locals Jose and his crew, who showed off some impressive cars, including a track-built S14 and a modded S13. The car culture in Atlanta was alive and well, and Junney captured every moment.
