Over the last two years, we’ve seen Nike re-commit to bringing their training line to the forefront. In that time, we’ve also seen the reemergence of Bo Jackson as one of the faces of the Nike training initiative. It’s only right to have Bo Jackson continue to be a part of Nike Training, seeing as how he was the key factor in the line having so much success in the 90s. While Nike is pumping out new models for their training line, they haven’t forgotten some of Bo’s original classics. Returning to stores next month is the Air Trainer Max ‘91. This retro comes in an original colorway, featuring a grey base with yellow and black accents throughout. Unlike the original, nubuck replaces thick durabuck on the upper. White is seen working on ankle overlays, as well as the midsole. Yellow, white, and grey come together for the outsole. If you don’t want to wait until August to grab yours, stop by Premier and pick up a pair early.
